Elevating CommYOUnity 2026

Sponsor seven seats at a one-day leadership experience. Every dollar past cost builds a recovery community in Sioux Falls.

September 22, 2026

Sioux Falls Convention Center

200 Seats

One tier. One price. Seven seats. Plus SD sales tax.

Inside the last Elevating CommYOUnity, in the same room your seven seats are in.

Only 21% of employees are engaged at work.

Which means roughly four out of five people on a payroll are showing up without being there. Another 17% are actively working against it.

Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2025

You already knew that. You have probably already paid to fix it. A training day. A speaker. A workbook that went in a drawer.

THE PART NOBODY PUTS IN THE ANNUAL REPORT

Your logo has been on a lot of things. You would struggle to name what any of it changed.

Your people have been to a lot of trainings. They came back energized on Monday and identical by Thursday.

You are not cheap and you are not disengaged. You have just stopped expecting the money to do anything.

WHY IT KEEPS HAPPENING

The problem is not your generosity. It is the model.

Sponsorship got turned into advertising. Development got turned into a slideshow. Both got sold to you as impact.

Inspiration wears off in 72 hours. Installation does not.

This day is built the second way.

WHAT THE ROOM ACTUALLY DOES

Seven strangers at a table at 8:30am. By 4:00pm they know each other better than people they have worked beside for years.

That is not an accident. It is the structure.

A full room of community leaders seated at round tables during an Elevate You session

200 community leaders. Seven hours. Round tables of seven. A social hour at the close where the day keeps going.

WHO IS RUNNING THE DAY

Matt Krall and Tamien Dysart

Co-founders, Elevate You

They have sat in your seat. Tamien spent 16 years inside Fortune 500 companies at Capital One and Wells Fargo, building teams and managing culture at scale. He was good at it. He also watched people go home exhausted and disconnected from work they used to care about.

33% to 6%.

That is what happened to turnover at Capital One under Tamien in 18 months.

No new perk. No new platform. He built the managers instead of replacing them.

WHERE THE MONEY GOES

The Grateful Homie Project

South Dakota ranks 3rd worst in the nation for incarcerations per capita. A root cause behind both that and the growing houseless population is addiction. For a long time, Sioux Falls had no grassroots, peer-led recovery community to meet it.

That changed when Vanessa and Corey, both of whom walked through addiction themselves, signed a lease in April without a long-term plan.

~15 weekly classes

All voluntary. All peer-led. Zero barriers to entry.

150+ people every week

Served while navigating recovery, reentry, and rebuilding.

Built on community

Modeled on the most successful recovery model ever built.

The three things that get someone out of the justice system are housing, employment, and community. They are building the community piece. It is the one that makes the other two possible.

“Your sponsorship doesn’t just put your brand in a room of 200 leaders. It helps build a space that is saving lives, right here in Sioux Falls.”

HOW THE GIVING WORKS

Revenue covers the venue and the cost of running the day. Every dollar above that goes to The Grateful Homie Project. You are not being asked to trust a percentage.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. That is the whole thing.

STEP ONE

Sponsor.

One tier, one price.

STEP TWO

Pick your seven.

Anyone on your team. Bring the ones who lead others.

STEP THREE

Show up September 22.

We handle the rest.

Seven reserved seats

A full table for your team. A $350 value on its own.

Food included

Breakfast and lunch for all seven, all day. Nobody leaves the room.

Transformation that lasts

Your people leave with a behavioral game plan, not a workbook. Installation, not inspiration.

You fund the cause

Every dollar above event cost goes to The Grateful Homie Project.

Recognition from stage

Your organization named in front of 200 community leaders.

Print and signage

Your name in all event print materials and on event signage.

Logo placement

On all event digital materials.

Social recognition

Before the event and after it, across Elevate You channels.

THIS ALREADY HAPPENED

Here is what came out of the room.

Matt and Tamien leading a past Elevating CommYOUnity session

“Elevate YOU created a space that encouraged real connection, honest reflection, and conversations that continued long after the event ended. More than an inspiring event, it offered practical takeaways and challenged each of us to think about the ripple we are creating in our teams, organizations, and communities.”

— Year One attendee

“We started sharing daily wins at work, and it changed the energy of our entire team.”

— Elevate You participant

“This isn’t just self-improvement. It’s community improvement.”

You can run the same two budget lines again next year. The banner and the training day.

You already know what those buy.

Seven of your people are going to spend September 22 somewhere.

Or seven people come back on Tuesday talking to each other differently.

Your name gets read out loud in a room of 200 people who build this city.

And a peer-led recovery room stays open in Sioux Falls because you paid for it.

Plus SD sales tax. Tables fill quickly.
